Rhiannon is an architectural paint researcher and an accredited paintings conservator who has 13 years’ experience working in the field of the conservation of historic interiors and decorative surfaces.
Rhiannon is an architectural paint researcher and an accredited paintings conservator who has 13 years’ experience working in the field of the conservation of historic interiors and decorative surfaces.
During the course of her career, Rhiannon has gained valuable experience of project management and supervision of interns and students. An active member of the conservation community, Rhiannon acted as the secretary of the Icon Paintings Group for 10 years, and remains on the committee. Through her work with the committee she has helped to organise a number of high profile international conferences, and has co-edited three sets of post-prints published through Archetype Publications. Rhiannon has acted as an associate lecturer to the University of Lincoln since 2014, and has published articles and given papers at a number of conferences.
Rhiannon was a recent recipient of a Tru-Vue grant and has commenced training to be an assessor for the Conservation and Collections Care Technician’s diploma, a new work-based qualification being offered by the Victoria & Albert Museum and the Institute of Conservation.
